Thank you to everyone who joined us at the Reality Teen’s nature walk. This was a great oppertunity to disconnect from devices and reconnect with nature. Everyone was able to connect with students of their school and even from surrounding schools! We helped pick up trash and enjoyed our nature walk during the sunset in Glen Ellyn. This was the perfect chance to recharge and take a break from the busy and stressful season of college applications and immense amount of homework. Thank you for having us, and thank you to everyone who came with CHaSE Light to the event!

Letters of Light

At our November event, students gathered to write letters with quotes, inspirational words, and creative designs in order to boost the spirits and promote positive mindsets during the stressful season of finals and as college decisions are released. We want to do our best to make our fellow students, peers, and teens studying at the Hinsdale Public Library feel heard, understood, and encouraged to keep on going. Our goal is to brighten these students lives with the many meaningful messages we wrote! We ended up having a mailbox filled with over 100 of messages! Our other mailbox is available at the library for students to write their own wishes and goals for the months and years to come. You can find these mailboxes in the Teen Lounge at the Hinsdale Public Library. Thank you to everyone who came!
