Letters of Light

At our November event, students gathered to write letters featuring quotes, inspirational words, and creative designs to boost spirits and promote positive mindsets during the stressful season of finals and as college decisions are released. We aim to make our fellow students, peers, and teens studying at the Hinsdale Public Library feel heard, understood, and encouraged to keep on going. Our goal is to brighten these students’ lives with the many meaningful messages we wrote! We ended up having a mailbox filled with over 100 messages! Our other mailbox is available at the library for students to write their own wishes and goals for the months and years to come. You can find these mailboxes in the Teen Lounge at the Hinsdale Public Library. Thank you to everyone who came!
