CHaSE Light (Confidential Health and Support Education) is a student-let nonprofit started in 2023 dedicated to connection, support, and mental wellness. We believe that mental health is just as important as physical health. When students support each other, stronger and healthier communities are built.

To create a peer network to help navigate our complex social community and provide mental health support to one another.

Hi! My name is Zara Lateef, and I attend New York University. I am currently a Political Science major on the pre-law track. I love exploring the city, meeting new people, and going out to dinner with my friends.
